Blueberry Peach Crisp

TOTAL TIME: 40 minutes

  • 6 cups peaches peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/3 cups sugar, brown, light plus 1/4 cup, divided
  • 2 tablespoon flour, all-purpose
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon, ground divided
  • 1 cups oats, rolled, quick cooking
  • 3 tablespoon margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a 2-quart baking dish, combine peaches and blueberries.

Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar, flour and 2 teaspoons cinnamon in a small bowl and mix well. Add to peaches and blueberries, tossing to mix.

Combine oats, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl.

With a pastry blender or fork, cut in margarine until crumbly, then sprinkle over fruit.

Bake for 25 minutes or until fruit is just tender and mixture is bubbly.
