Creamy Cucumber Salad
Grapes and cucumbers form a delicately sweet and refreshing soup; adding shrimp makes this into a lovely, light meal.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Cup cucumbers – peeled & thinly sliced
- 1 Cup red onion – thinly sliced
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill - minced
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
PREPARATION
In a medium mixing bowl stir together sour cream, vinegar, dill, sugar, salt, and garlic powder.
Add cucumbers and red onion; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 or more hours. Serve Chilled.
