Strawberry Roll up
The only thing better than aam papad is off season strawberry papad.

PREP TIME: 15 minutes
COOKING TIME: 4 hours 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz. strawberries, stems removed
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 175° and line a large cooking sheet with parchment paper. In the bowl of a food processor, combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Puree until completely smooth.
Pour strawberry mixture onto prepared sheet tray and bake 3-4 hours, until completely dry and barely sticky.
Let cool completely, then cut into strips and roll-up. Serve.
